Duties & Qualifications:

AS Solution North America, Inc. (ASNA) is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated influential Global Recruiter to lead a series of Recruiting initiatives across the Embedded division of ASNA. As a Global Recruiter you will work with senior leaders, employees at all levels and new hires across multiple business lines as well as Recruiting partners to drive actions and initiatives that enable the continued growth and scalability of our hiring processes. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, analytical capabilities and be able to influence by providing data-driven and creative recommendations. You’ll need to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes in direction and be able to effectively manage conflicting priorities.

  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruiting efforts
  • Create, drive and present quarterly or annual action plans for various programs/projects
  • Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams to leverage existing information and share best practices
  • Intimately understand and stay current with the recruiting priorities of the business; Align work and prioritize accordingly with direction from the Head of Global Recruiting
  • Support corporate marketing and social media branding as it relates to recruiting initiatives
  • Coordinate recruiting special events
  • Conducts entry-level interviews
  • Conducts grass roots talent acquisition/recruiting of executive protection, residential security, emergency response and intelligence analysts
  • Arrange interviews and travel accommodations for prospective candidates
  • Creates and manages large pools of regional candidates and specific client requests
  • Creates and complete candidate packages for client submission
  • Manages 10-15 requisitions at all times
  • Utilize social media and referral networks to maximize candidate pools
  • Attend industry career fairs to promote AS Solution
  • Works Monday - Friday and has flexibility for specific start and end times
  • This position reports to the Head of Global Recruiting

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency setting
  • Marketing and social media branding experience is preferred
  • Must have experience using job sites such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Must have excellent written communications skills; a writing sample may be required as part of the interview process
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-Look Ups is preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service and professional communication skills; and the ability to maintain good working relations with suppliers, clients, employees, managers and team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and demeanor under tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Must be willing to work nights/weekends (if needed) in order to achieve recruiting business objectives
  • Must be willing to travel (if needed) in support of recruiting special events, client outreach and employee engagement.
  • Competent in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to handle periods of increased workload and deadlines, and be flexible as business needs change

 

Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
