Overview:
Brand and reputation risks have risen to the top of the C-Suite's list of concerns across the Fortune 500 and rightly so. Today's operating environment is more connected, faster-paced, and less predictable than ever before and anyone with a smartphone or computer can create lasting damage. While many organizations spend considerable time and resources building their brands, very few dedicate the same effort to identifying and assessing brand risks in addition to the more traditional strategic and operational risks across the enterprise. This position, which reports to the Director of Global Risk Intelligence, is responsible for the collection, analysis, production, and dissemination of critical and time-sensitive information of relevance to protecting both the brand and the safety and security of company personnel, global assets, and operations.
 
The analyst will broadly contribute to the following operational requirements:
·       Enterprise risk identification and assessment.
·       Intelligence support to issue management, crisis management, protective operations, and major meetings & events, and…
·       Everything in between to include geopolitical analysis and travel risk intelligence.
 
Specific duties & responsibilities include the following:
·       Advise the Director of Intelligence on intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination strategies.
·       Collaborate with key stakeholders and departments to determine intelligence requirements and expand the function’s reach.
·       Data mine and analyze various social media platforms.
·       Research and analyze methodologies, tools, techniques, and procedures to improve social media and open source data collection.
·       Develop actionable insights and recommendations to reduce uncertainty and support decision-making.
·       Research and analyze company issues identified by key stakeholders and internal customers for targeted monitoring, analysis, and
        dissemination.
·       Deliver reports, briefings, and presentations on a routine basis.
·       Fuse actionable insights with intelligence generated by the Global Risk Intelligence team. 
·       Possess and maintain the necessary skills, qualifications and certifications to provide expert advice on intelligence-related programs,
        regulations, industry standards, risk assessments, and related issues or questions that may arise.
 
Minimum Requirements for position:
·       BA in any relevant field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
·       2+ years of intelligence experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
·       Corporate, military, or government agency experience preferred but not required.
·       Advanced proficiency in, or the aptitude and willingness to rapidly learn, Web-based social media platforms, search tools, applications,
        and communication technology is required.
·       Strong analytical, oral, and written presentation skills are required.
·       Someone who is highly collaborative and has a great degree of emotional intelligence and maturity is a must.
·       A life-long learner; someone who is dedicated to developing as an intelligence professional is a must.
·       The ability to work independently with minimal supervision but within the confines of a close-knit team.
·       Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013 is a plus.
·       Familiarity with data visualization tools (to include building infographics) is a plus.
·       The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing team.
·       Someone who can contribute to the vision of advancing this profession.

Compensation and Benefits:
·       $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
